Halloween spider cookies

 These spider cookies will certainly appeal to young and old gourmands. Deliciously chocolate and crispy, these cookies are a treat. Here's the recipe.

Ingredients

Flour170 g

Butter115 g

Brown sugar100 g

Chocolate balls24

Egg1

Dark chocolate50 g

White sugar paste15 g

Vanilla sugar1 sachet

Baking powder1 sachet

Sel1 pinch



Recipe preparation: Halloween spider cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Lightly heat the butter in the microwave so that it becomes an ointment. Then cut it into pieces in a bowl. Add the brown sugar and whisk for a few moments.


Then stir in the whole egg and vanilla sugar, and mix. Then add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix again until a homogeneous paste is obtained.


Form small balls of dough by hand. Bake them for 5-7 minutes. At the end of this time, take out the cookies and press the center using the back of a spoon. Return to the oven for additional cooking of about 10 minutes. Then let the cookies cool on a grid.


Meanwhile, prepare the eyes of spiders. Unroll and spread the sugar paste. Cut the eyes into the dough using a piping bag tip. Use a food pen to draw a black dot in the center of each small disc.


Put the chocolate to melt in the microwave or bain-marie. Then pour it into a paper cone or piping bag. Place a hint of chocolate in the hollow of each cookie before placing a ball of chocolate.


Then draw the spider's legs with the chocolate. Place a hint of chocolate on the balls to stick the eyes in sugar paste. Serve Halloween spider cookies right away.
